Jumping Spiders
I use this as substrate for my jumping spider enclosure. Good quality, performs the way I need it to. A little difficult to break up unless wet. Overall, easy to use for what I need and a good deal.

Good soil
It's a lot easier to carry, much lighter than lugging heavy bags of soil. It works great, my plants are doing very well in this stuff.

Works Like a Dream!
These bricks are ready to store, and ready to use. They worked great in my container gardens starting my seeds. I love the way they absorbed and maintained moisture, without over soaking the seedlings once they sprouted. I will purchase again.

Easy to use, broke down quickly
I was not sure what to expect after reading other reviews. Each brick is about the size of an actual brick. 18 bricks covered my 8×4ft raised bed to a depth of about 1 to 2 inches. I will be mixing this with my garden soil.I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly each brick broke down. I would place one in 5gal bucket and add water. Within minutes it was ready to add to the garden.

Add water slowly
I guess I didn’t read the directions or follow them properly because I ended up creating a huge bucket of really watery mud. And I thought I could do this in my bathtub, but that was a very bad ideaI wish I had taken a picture of it. I had a big bucket in my bathtub and I guess I added way too much water? But that was my fault for not following the directionsThe product smells really nice and I felt confident and safe, adding it to my potting soil and my garden once I drained some of the excess water off. So I would recommend but with caution.. .Mix it outside, not in your bathtub, lol!

Plants are happy!
I bought these as a seedlings medium since growing with seedlings starter dirt we had some sick plants. These tend to have less insects flying around probably there's no food in this coco coir. You have to provide some nutrients for the plants to be healthy. Plain water won't do and the plants may turn yellow over a few weeks if it doesn't have enough nutrients mixed in the water. If you remember to do that then coco coir is the way to go for your growing medium.
