Exercise has been my use thus far. it works well.

Easy to use. Just blow it up. But when it’s up against the wall too long. The paint sticks to it. Sort of rips the paint off my wall. But maybe that’s just exclusive to my house.

My son who has autism, who enjoys the bigger bouncy balls. We have a few in our home. So I always had a spare box for a traditional or backup. So the one we purchase with this company was purchased several months ago. However we just took it out of the box and the ball, had never been used. The ball would not inflate at all. It was very frustrating and now I am out of the time window, to receive a refund. This is very disappointing because the product was never used and it can never be used. Very disappointing. My advice to others, is to check the product in the time window. Normally we would do that, but as stated above, we keep an extra ball and we were needing it at this time, but he will not be able to play with it. In all transparency, he is up at the hospital and we brought the ball to inflate it here. So again really disappointing.

I bought this ball to put in the field with our bull when we seperated him from the cows! He loved it! He has popped everything we have given him but this lasted 2 months! I didn't air it up fully so when he hit it or stepped on it a bit it wouldn't burst! I will be buying him a new one when we seperate him again!

I wish I could add a little more air and make it more firm (personal preference), but I'm not sure if that is wise. I hesitate in doing that. A friend of mine thought it should still have a lot of give to it. It's a pain to inflate, I have my own metal foot pump for this and inflating takes forever. Wish I had a compressor. Love the berry color.

So, I'm seven months pregnant. I wanted to air this up and use it immediately, but the instructions say to let it set for two hours, air it up partway and let set for 24 hours, finish airing up and let set for another 24 hours before using. Whaaa??? I want to sit on it now!!I followed the instructions and finally just sat on it for the first time... Ummm, Amazing!!!! I've never sat on such a comfortable yoga ball! Seriously. It has amazing traction and omg, it's like sitting on a soft, bouncy pillow. I am NOT a morning person and it was torture making myself move from my rocking chair to a bouncing ball. But when I did, I had zero regrets and just awe for how something could be so comfortable and at the same time inspire a mode of locomotion. I got the 65cm ball and I am 5'6". It is the perfect height. Hooray for my cotton candy bouncing ball!

I'm 5'7 and 200lbs female . I use this exercise ball to do crunches cuz it's hard to lift my back off the ground when I exercise. So I lay my back on the exercise ball and do the crunches this way .... I love it , it's much easier. I can do more crunches and less work and less pain . Very happy customer

Exercise ball great for doing yoga or working out and keeping your stomach muscles build you can do multiple things with this workout ball pray for keeping you healthy and out of the gym or if your yoga person this would be a great ball for you to do your yoga on how they recommended for anybody that likes to do workouts at home
