NeeBooFit Resistance Loop Band Set - Best Fitness Exercise Bands for Working Out or Physical Therapy - 12x2 Inches

For the purpose I ordered these bands they are great. I wanted something to take with me when I travel and they're the perfect size and weight. The little carrying bag will fit into my carry on with no problem at all.There is only one request I'd make to Neeboofit. The exercise booklet could be a little more substantial. There aren't enough exercises and if someone isn't familiar with using the bands they might not ever learn about all the other things you can do with these.Suggestion to NEEBOOFIT: Make a few workout videos for this product (I'm sure you have a staffer that can do such a video right?). Put them on youtube and in the exercise booklet give the link. This will allow people to learn of the dozens of different things that can be done with the bands and will also give them an idea of how to put the exercises together into a cohesive workout that trains all muscle groups.Also, if anyone happened to stumble upon one of those videos, you'd be advertising the product and would also be able to supply a link to a product purchase page!I saw a reviewer who was a personal trainer (here on Amazon) and she gave your product 5 stars and posted a video of herself using the bands which I will use to get ideas on how to use mine. I just wish there was an actual youtube video (or 3!) that created an actual 15 or 20 minute band workout. I will look for a video of resistance band workouts, and hopefully I'll find one that uses loops like this. But I'll also be looking for one from NEEBOOFIT in the future.A note about the customer service: I ALWAYS read negative reviews first before buying. I look for two things:1. Do the negative reviewers complain about something that would be important to me too?2. How does the company respond to negative complaints?With these bands I found the complaints to be rather meaningless for my purposes (mostly complaining about the bands being too small from people who were expecting flat bands rather than looped bands).Neeboofit responded to every negative complaint with a heartfelt apology to the person for their disappointment, a suggestion of a different Neeboofit product that would suit their needs better, and even an offer (with a link) to replace, exchange or refund.ALSO: Neeboofit took the extra time to thank some of the positive reviewers as well!They then sent me a thank you note for purchasing the product which said in addition to thanking me:"If for any reason you have issues receiving your product, there is no need to worry, we will make it right. So please let us know if there is anything we can do to help, and we would love to hear back from you if you have anything to say."I registered my bands on their website and I now have a lifetime warranty if I'm reading the exercise manual correctly!This company is a throwback to another era when families owned businesses and made products they were proud to own. I LOVE THAT!UPDATE: I just checked out youtube and found MANY videos posted by NEEBOOFIT about this product. I STILL don't see a full on workout video (one that strings specific exercises together into a cohesive 15-20 or 30 minute routine) but as an ex personal trainer I can easily string them together myself. I do hope that NEEBOOFIT will also post one or more full workout videos for these bands.

My blue band popped the very first time I used it

I bought these to help me get my body back into shape. I am not looking for a difficult muscle overload I just need to tone and stretch and build up slow. I know resistance bands are a great tool for not only helping to tone but also for therapy and these were in my price range so I went for it.I took note of the fact they come in a great little bag with a booklet that has some tips to get you started! This is awesome because I can pop them into any bag and take them with me when I travel or even at the beach on a day trip.Each one is clearly marked for the proper level you need either by writing or you can refer to the dots, 1 being the light, 2 being the med, and 3 being the heavy plus the colors make it easy to get the right one for the job.They came with no rips, no tears, no seams, and they seem to be working great for me so far. I have not broken the light one and I have used it for my arms. I do use the med for my legs at the moment but I plan to go up to the heavy soon. I am pretty happy with this set of bands and I am glad I bought them.Overall, well made for me, easy to make sure I have the right one for my needs, the booklet is a great place to start, easy to carry in a bag for on the go, and the price is great!I have nothing negative to add at this time.

I'm sure these are great for resistance training and exercise, but I use them for an entirely different purpose!I teach high school seniors who are always jittery. I have experimented with a variety of fidget items over the years, and even encourage them to stand at a podium or stretch out on the floor during independent work time. My NeeBooFit Resistance Loops arrived yesterday, and I attached them to chairs before students arrived today. They noticed as soon as they came in, and the first group said, "Are these a new kind of fidget, because if they are, I already love them!" When I explained the purpose and suggested "bouncing" one leg instead of two for longevity purposes (6 periods a day, with only 6 bands in the room is a lot of wear and tear), they immediately started moving around to get the most out of the bands. The two strongest bands were obviously the best, but even the lightest (green) band works well when it's stretched around the legs twice. The red is not loose enough to stretch twice around both legs, but I could get it around both once and one twice. Two of my guys even figured out that they could position a chair between the two of them under their table and both use the same band. I have a similar band designed for foot-bouncing-purposes, and the single band cost the price off all six of these!

This is my second set of these bands. They don't last forever, but no bands seem to. These lasted a long time though and are a great set as they include very light to XXX heavy. Use them in all my workouts.

5 year review: All light bands snapped after 6 months, heavy bands have progressively disintegrated over 5 years.

Have had these for years and still work nicely

LOVE LOVE LOVE these exercise bands!!!! This is the only set of exercise bands I've been able to find that goes up to 60lbs and the price is unbeatable. I have been using the bands religiously for 5 plus days/week included training others with them in the same day for over a year. I use them for corrective movements, rehab, prehab, increase intensity of workouts, and form check. They are extremely versatile. They are so well loved I had some break on me, but with the lifetime warranty they didn't just replace the broken, they sent me a whole new set! You can't beat that customer service! Even without the warranty, I would have bought the set again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent set, especially for the price. I gave away the green and blue, as they offered not enough resistance for anything I could come up with. Starting at yellow, I have use for this. The pouch it came in is great and the whole thing is incredibly compact. Will be very much appreciated to take with me in holiday, where barbells can hardly follow me. The pink one is actually incredibly challenging, and the resistance increment in between bands is nicely spaced for a smooth progress.

Really good bands with a huge variety in resistance as you receive 6 loops in a set. They also come in a nice easy to carry bag and with a leaflet showing exercise suggestions.

Great set of bands, easy to use at home and small enough to take with you if travelling.The dots on the side let you know how difficult they will be, can be used for lots of exercises.

Good quality but... the resistance of the bands all feel the same to me.I have the 3 heavy ones, I've tried them all and they just all have them same resistance to me, the 'xxx heavy' one is no different than the 'heavy' one.

Great variety of bands in the pack, plus the bag it comes in is really hand to have and compact. Been using these bands for a while now and they are working perfectly. Couldnt fault them.
