Anyone who owns a griddle needs the silicon cover.

I just got a new Blackstone 28" -- without a lid. I'm going to try use to use this mat with a cover instead of buying a hard-lid. It fits perfectly and the silicon is nice and thick. I've put it on the blackstone when it was almost cool -- no issues with melting (I have Silcon ovenmitts too... they never melt). With a little soap and a hose it will clean up great. I think this will be a good system.

This is a nice piece of orange silicone - I like that it is orange because no one accidentally thinks it is the dark grill itself. It's thick around the folded edge, and sort of thick in the middle. I would recommend it for anyone looking to have a cover for their grill. Alternatively, if you need a piece of silicone for any other craft or project, this also could serve for that too.

This mat fit the 28in blackstone grill top perfect. I like the rasied edges so it fits the corners great and lays on grill top flat even after coming folded up. Will help keep debris off the food part to help it last longer. Durable thick material easy to wash.

I love this! It’s perfect coverage for our 28 inch griddle. I love the peace of mind this provides knowing it’s covering the griddle and will prevent that. We still keep a griddle cover over top of it bc it rains a lot where we are from and we don’t want rust but this silicone cover takes a lot of the worry out of it! Just get it it’s awesome thick and durable.

Happy to find this product. Most times there is a regular canvas cover over the flat top. When storing in the garage off-season the oversize canvas gets in the way. Can skip that hassle and use this mat instead. Nice thick silicone fits the griddle very well... right to the corners all the way around. Don't feel bad about storing stuff on top of it now as this mat is good protection. I expect this product to last a good long time.
