Great absorbency, even compared to the briefs. American brands are a joke, even though I’m normally pro American stuff. Sometimes I have trouble making it through my commute, and sometimes I start the show before I get up of a morning. The briefs would sometimes leak, but if these do, you either didn’t put them on right or you’ve exceeded the capacity. But they’re pretty easy to get on, though for older folks it might be an issue if solo. Just have to stand in a wide stance and make sure it’s all the way against the privates. Given I take a bellyache if I hold it too long, these are awesome. However, things will be damp, but at least it stays warm. Also, if you have too many drinks, these will help at night.

I love this product. I am the primary caretaker for my 87 year old grandfather and he is fully incontinent. Night time was the worst. I tried layering depends and other briefs to try to keep him dry thru the night. Every morning he would wake up wet and the sheets soaked. I came across these in a forum and I cant believe how well these work. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that they are a little tricky to get on. The fit is kind of hard to describe but they dont fit like regular briefs. With that being said, I never got the fit to look like the picture and they still worked. If they could make these in a pull up brief or an easier fit I would give them five stars.For someone who is bed/chair bound these are a godsend. It makes for fewer changes and less laundry!! Anyone who is a caregiver will love that. A helpful hint. I put these on right before bed and then use a regular pair of briefs to kind of hold them in place, since they are a little bulky.

I have tried every brand out there to find a tab style brief that will last all night. This is the ONLY BRAND THAT DOES. A lot of them claim to-- but I can tell you these will absorb more liquid than two of most of the other brands. I have had my work load of wet sheets, wet clothes, and wet blankets solved by this underwear. I buy the L4-it fits my 200 pound invalid husband just right---and he has said it is very comfortable. The fabric is non irritating and does not make the skin sweat. They are just the best overnight tab style underwear out there.

I will say even though these may be large, they certainly can hold up overnight and then some! One of the best for absorption.

As advertised, they are very absorbent and comfortable. They do make quite a bit of noise when you move (plastic backed, duh), so if you're looking for discretion you'll want to look elsewhere. The material tends to bunch up around the middle, very noticeable when you sit down, but it's not uncomfortable. Liquid is absorbed quickly and it can hold more than one full-size wetting before any leaks happen. All in all this is a great product and I will absolutely be purchasing them again

I ordered the wrong product ? They did agree for a return / the cost to return was a net loss . I can't say if the product was good or not , their other products were very good ! also they were easy to deal with .

I ended up not needing these after surgery and donated the sealed package to a local adult health assistance facility. A gentlemen phoned me several weeks later to ask where I ordered these from as some clients really liked them.With limited information I hope this is helpful to someone. I researched the top ones before I went in for foot and ankle surgery and this brand kept making the top of the list.

These briefs are able to hold alot of liquid and all throughout the night. The only complaint i have about these are the tapes ive had 4/ 12 have at least 2 tapes fail on me throughout the night. if your a heavy mover throughout the night that may be an issue for you. Shipping got to my house faster then they updated the tracking to :"marked as shipped"
