These gummies are yummy and convenient. You take 2 daily (kids just 1) so this container of 150 will last you over 2 months. They taste great although sugar products are the first two ingredients so this isn’t surprising! I really appreciate that this is a clearly marked vegetarian and vegan product - they haven’t used gelatine like some other brands. If you don’t like swallowing capsules and tablets then these a nice fruity, tasty alternative, especially for kids.
