Works great in my aipa modern fish
These fins go great in my high performance twin fin. Great drive and don’t slide out when the waves get head high. If your looking for a high performance upright fin for your twinny, I recommend these for sure.

Super Fun in Smaller Surf!
Super awesome pair of fins! I put on my 7’0 board on small days, or days where I want it loosened up. These fins make the board take off easy, especially in smaller surf due to less drag than a thruster set. They are very responsive, which took a little getting used to, but now they are my favorite go to in smaller (2-4’) surf.

love these fins
love these fins! super drivey and stable!!! no hum. real smooth in the flats and i can dig in without sweating my tail cutting loose...unless i want it too. the center fin is the trick. keeps it all together. the wing fins work hella good with my Blackstix quad rears.I've gotten a few things from this seller and they've delivered. Get your surf gear from these guys and girls. no doubt!

Great for lighter surfers. Heavier? Not so much
I’m a big fan of Machado, his boards, and his fins. These fins are very well made as all Futures fins are. But…if you are a heavier rider you’re most likely not going to enjoy them. Too much flex. You’re weight will over power them. That’s what happened to me. Every wave there was an excellent squirt at take off but as soon as a laid into a bottom turn the fins would flex but not rebound back causing my board to stall badly; not recoverable…waves blown. For reference I’m 5’8” 206lbs. Had a buddy who was about 160lbs try them. Don’t think he enjoyed them either. Finally just gave them away to one of the groms who works at the umbrella stand hoping he would score with them. That being said everything else having Machado’s name is sick. I have 2 Machado Sunday’s and his Seaside. Those boards are sick and love them. I also have the 7.5” and the 8.5” of his upright single fins. Equally sick. I wanted to like these fins but I’m just too heavy to make them go.

Awesome, but not using as intended
I got these fins from my local surf shop to pair with my Machado Midas. These fins were designed for the Midas. I hated them (loved the Tyler Warren 2+1 from Captain Fin for the Midas). Then, just for fun I put them in my 7'10" Surftech Nugget, and that is now a magic board. I've surfed everything from knee high to 2ft overhead and they are great. The keep the tail lose enough to throw the board around, and the trailer adds just enough hold to keep the board steady. I'm 5'9" and 170lbs.

Don't like in my GO FISH, but good looking fin. Probably awesome in a different board
I ordered because I am struggling to find non keels I like for my Go Fish. I actually like the T1- cheap thermotech better than these in the Go Fish. I still think these look like a sweet set of fins. I am hanging on to them for future boards.
