Why did you choose this product over others?: At first, I was hesitant about this product due to the low specs it presented: 2 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM, but after running it, I can assure you that this little Android box is the best in performance and quality I have tried so far. I don't know why a lot of people are returning it, but my experience has been great with it, lightning fast and smooth response. I have been able to install all my favourite apps and more without a problem, my Netflix app works flawlessly and the remote controls it perfectly. It has 3 buttons for direct access. The only thing that I don't like about it, and hope that they can add in the future, is the Ethernet port, but the Wifi is unbelievably fast, no kidding, I have Wi-Fi 6 and Wifi7 running from my Asus Router and 930 MB of fibre internet, and this box supports it. I have found no lag or glitches while operating this little bad boy; it streams perfectly in 4K resolution. With HDR10+ Dolby Audio, DTS-HD, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, which matches my Samsung 4K TV HDR, HDR+, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. I have tested other Android Boxes, but this one is by far the best I have seen at this price range, affordable, Fantastic performer, premium quality feel. It has a Quad-Core Cortex-A55 CPU that makes all the difference in speed and performance. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to enjoy smooth streaming at an affordable price, but I would also like to recommend having a fast fibre broadband plan to accommodate all of your devices in your home network so you dont start getting lags during streaming and lastly try to get an IT friend to help you with the network and display settings in between your 4K TV and the 4K Streaming Box to maximize your experience, also you need to make sure that you have bought 4K TV HDMI cables (2.1) to connect both devices so you dont loose any resolution in the transmission of data. (watching TV and playing content with your media player). NOTICE: The setup is easy on any Android Box if you know about technology, you will be able to tweak it up to your liking, but if you don't know much about it then get a friend who does, to help you with it so you have it installed properly and dont have issues with it later on. Came with uk plug. This box is the best smart box I've owned it's very responsive, remote is nice, picks up your voice no trouble and the live tv streams and movies are perfect great picture quality, no buffering handles apps and streams well, it's easy to set up there's is not one negative I could say about this box it, is well worth the money so much so I'm going to be buying another for my tv downstairs.

Does everything you need it to and set at a good price point. Remote is sturdy and solid Google TV is nice to use and so much better than firesticks or apple TV etc Can recommend this over the 3rd gen with a nice discount as have both and the differences are basically not noticeable

Great once get , as had to order twice ,1st cancel But 2nd came won't connect to google home ..but one fiddle set up done great no buffering plays 4k movies great , very fast Control works tv and box Good change from firestick

I was hesitant to buy a Xiaomi TV Box due to some negative comments from some users on websites such as YouTube or Reddit, but I ignored that and bought the device. After using it for a week, the device keeps crushing and bugging software, and when I open the TV and the device, I have to press settings every time in order to connect the device to the Internet, and this is extremely boring. In addition, every time I connect the device to an external hard drive, I have to disconnect the hard drive and reinsert it again in the USB socket, in addition to many technical problems when using some simple applications. The positive thing is that the electrical plug was compatible with the English system, unlike some people who received a European electrical plug, and the picture and streaming are good, but in general, the experience is very bad and not good.

Bought this to replace an old Firestick and it’s superb! Easy to set up, really good user interface, response and load time so quick compared to Firestick and remote is responsive. Highly recommend! It did come with a 2 pin plug however, so i ordered the adapter at the same time as this device. For £50 I believe it’s the perfect choice.

I bought it as a easy way to watch streaming platforms, without having to connect a laptop. I went for Xiaomi, as I use their devices (phones, dash cams etc) for years and always have been absolutely satisfied with them. That's why I am even more disappointed with this one. It crashes at least twice a week (eg. black screen with "oops, something went wrong. Try again" or constantly switching to a random platform, or picture quality going so down, it hurts to watch) and the only way to fix it is a hard reset (unplugging from mains). Yes, I checked my Internet connection 😉 I spoke to Xiaomi support and they said it's not a malfunction 🤷🏼‍♂️ So, overall, it kinda does work like 80% of the time but the remaining 20% is a pain. . .

El menú es muy fluido, la navegación es perfecta por todos los apartados, las app se ejecutan velozmente, la calidad del streaming es muy alta sin parones ni recargas, he tenido otras TV Box también chinas pero de marcas desconocidas que eran insufribles tanto para navegar como para ejecutar aplicaciones sin embargo este Xiaomi es excelente en todos los sentidos. Lo tengo conectado a un Lg Nanocell y el mando de la televisión es totalmente compatible, se puede apagar, encender, navegar por el menú, ejecutar las aplicaciones, rebobinar, pausar, reproducir, va todo excepto los botones de netflix, Disney, etc que logicamente abren las app de la Smart tv y los botones de volumen que son los de la televisión evidentemente, algo que es mucho más práctico por lo que no uso el mando original que trae. Las app de streaming van fenomenalmente bien, incluso mucho mejor que las del decodificador sagemcom 4K básico de vodafone que se abren más lentamente y dejan al deco un poco ralentizado y se cuelga a menudo, antes tenía el 4k pro pero vista la actualización de la parrilla de televisión de vodafone lo quité, ahora es muy mediocre y no me rentaba pagar el alquiler del deco para ver esa parrilla de canales. Solo me echaba un poco para atrás que es android 11 y no tiene actualizaciones pero al verlo a 39,99 euros me pareció un buen precio aunque no se actualice por la calidad tan buena de la imagen. Hay usuarios que dicen que se les calienta en exceso, a mí no se me calienta, también hay otros compradores que se quejan un poco de la conexión wifi, a mí me ha ido muy bien con velocidades de bajada de 240 Mbps aún así le he puesto un adaptador usb para conectarlo por lan ethernet y así consigo bajadas cercanas a los 300 mbps pero es absolutamente prescindible ya que la velocidad wifi es más que suficiente, mi conexión a internet es HFC de 600 de bajada y 100 de subida

Ürün ilk aldığım günden beri sorunlu. Sürekli sıfırlayarak bu güne kadar kullandım. Ama sonunda bıktım ve teknik destek istiyorum, ne xiaomi destek veriyor (çünkü ürün ithalatçının sorumlulupunda diyor) ne de satın aldığım mağaza sestek veriyor (çünkü garanti süresi doldu diyor.) Mağdur olmamak için öncelikle müşterisine değer veren bir markayı tercih edin ve ilgili ürünün Türkiye temsilcisinden satın alın... Müşterisine değer veren düzgün bir markayı tercih ettiğiniz zaman zaten gerisi kendiliğinden halloluyor, olması gerektği gibi….
