I’m 6’-0” and 250 lbs. I purchased this to replace my old seat post that seamed to bottom out with every bump. I like that it’s adjustable, solid build and doesn’t bottom out with every bump. Easy to install, only caveat is that you have to remove it to adjust the spring. I had to remove and adjust it a few times but it’s great once you have it dialed in.

This is a great heavy duty seat post for someone who is over 6ft tall. Much better than the seat post that came with the bike originally.

Update: The seller sent me another one at no cost but it doesn't work any better than the first one. The seller did try so I upped the rating from 3 to 4 starts.I bought this for a second bike after getting one for my primary bike. On the primary bike in the 31.6 size it worked great and still does but on my secondary bike in a 30.9 size it doesn't work near as well, even adjusted to the tightest setting. Something to consider if ordering one of these. I don't know if this is a quality control issue or if they only work well in the 31.6 size and larger. Otherwise it's a good spring post.

Exactly as described. I'm 6'5 and 240lbs and this seatpost does not bottom out when adjusted correctly. First ever to do so.

Cannot tell a difference at all, between this post and the solid post.

Needed a slightly longer seat post for an ebike purchased back in September '23. Bike already has dual suspension, but *what an AMAZING difference* in the ride quality with this installed! Can't wait to try it out on our local trails.
