I read the only 5 reviews at the time of this writing with caution since they all had received a free product to review. I am quite happy to report that the glowing descriptions were correct, these are well made, tailoring is great and comfortably lightweight. At this price they are a find! My requirements for a hiking sports short that didn't require a belt but had a tied waist is sometimes very hard to find with all zipped 5 pockets. I don't like cargo pockets that are flapped or gusseted since it looks like floppy bags hanging off your thighs when filled. These are all hidden pockets and keep the silhouette slim with smooth working zippers with excellent long pull tabs. One reviewer said her husband was a 38" waist and an XL was perfect.I took one star off because I am also a 37-38" waist but found the waistband a bit too snug. I'm sure after several washings the elastic band would get tighter so I returned and have ordered XXL. I'm hoping it won't be too big or baggy and will update when received.UPDATE: I received the XXL and it was the right decision for me. I'm 73" tall, 192 lbs, 23% body fat. Although the XL did fit my waist the XXL waist is more comfortable. I didn't see any difference in length or roominess overall other than the waist, so I ordered 2 more. It is very lightweight, the darker colors will not appear to be as sheer in bright sunlight as the lighter colors. Very happy with my purchase and returned it to 5 star review.

Like the draw string on the outside of shorts. Especially like the extra pockets and the tassel attached to the pocket zipper.

I bought these for my son to wear to an amusement park to keep his phone safer in the zipper pockets. Lightweight and comfortable. Only 4 stars due to the sizing is off. I had to exchange for a bigger size. Run small.

I bought a couple of pairs. Very light and comfortable!!! Double stitching, so quality is good!! I had no issues with putting my wallet and car keys in front pocket. The items didn't feel loose in the pocket.

I insisted my husband buy a pair of shorts for our spring cruise. Once he put them on, I didn’t think he’d ever get them off. Comfortable, flattering, and much cooler than those nasty blue jeans.

These shorts are not true to size and that’s unfortunate. I really like the look as well as all of the pockets. The material is akin to a windbreaker type of fabric. It’s lightweight enough and would certainly be cool on hot summer days. I wish the sizing was accurate so I could actually speak on the comfort but they just don’t fit.

Little move expensive than I usually purchase but the quality is great and the pockets are good even for big phones. The zips and the quick dry fabric are perfect for travelling. I purchased a set 5 months ago and they are still holding up great.
