Lovely and soft, fits well on changing unit, only reason i only put 4 stars is because the princess crown wore off after a few uses (did not use any harsh chemical) this is cosmetic

Poor customer service
3 weeks late very poor customer service! The changing mat was what I expected and I haven't ised it uet so remains to be seen how durable it is.
