how are they installed?

I have mine installed in a mulched area. I leveled the dirt out underneath and raked the mulch on top and just pressed them into the ground. I have a wooden bench sitting on top of them. In highsight, I would have bought something else. These tend to "fade" and look white after a season; now they definitely look like plastic and not stone. I thought they would be more like the rubberized versions I saw in stores. Guess I could look at just spray painting them with a sand colored mixture; mine are brick red in color.

I would want to put a fire pit on this. Doesn't seem like they'd withstand the heat underneath the fire pit, am I correct?

Absolutely DO NOT put a fire pit on this product. It is made of some sort of plastic and will melt or start a fire.

What about under a trampoline? Do i need to put sand under them?

I would suggest it. They seat themselves better in sand.

Great product!!

I got these pieces to go around my ac and to hold my garage cans. They are string and sturdy and look like cement! I ordered one set and was so pleased I ordered another set to complete the area by my trash cans! The area is so small that it’s impossible to mow or use the weedeater. Not I don’t have to control the weeds anymore! Looks great!

Good buy

Used for placing my trash bin and water hose wheel on. I ordered 3 in all. Two was for the trash bin though the trashcan can fit on one it didn’t have much wiggle room if you know what I mean so used two for it. It is study but has a slight bend to it when things placed on it. I stood on it 200+ lbs and it did not crack if that helps anyone. Good purchase as it helps not having my grass less area look so crazy lol…the trash bin has made a muddy mess over the years so this just helps cover that up and things look neat.

Got these to make a pathway on the side of my house. I need to order more. I love them!! Very sturdy considering they're plastic and looks like real stone. Once I dig them into the ground they'll look even better. Great product for the price

Great for a storage shed base

I installed a portable storage shed next to my house and didn't want to deal with laying concrete or pavers. I noticed my AC units were installed on a similar plastic base, so decided to order these as my base for the shed. The six pack was the perfect size for my shed. They seem solid enough to hold the weight of the shed with all of my stuff so I'm very happy I went this route vs. pavers/concrete. If you need a quick and easy way to lay down a base, these are a great option.
