As someone who’s recently picked up on 3D modeling, this tool really helps. As far as precision goes, compare to a thinner blade cuter, it gets a 4/5, that said it will get the job done. Highly recommend!

Best side cutters I've used in a while. They hold up to some abuse.

I have a more delicate set of snippers and got this to fill the role of breaking down thicker plastics and even aluminium.Feels good in the hand, the blades and tongs are really good quality - extremely sharp and the metal construction seems like it'll last a while.Have used it on wh40k sprues, hard and soft plastics, and random day to day stuff as well. i can let this one get beat up a little and not worry about it like i do with my finer ones.

The media could not be loaded. The cutter is fine. It works and cut well but not as smooth as the professional brand. But it's also design for easier to reach the parts with the flat head. Although the holder is a little big for me, it might be good for people with bigger hand. I have both the professional one and this one. I think I will use this one to cut the thicker structure and polish with the pro one. I'll say this is still an economic choice for the hobby.

I have been working on my solar system on my tool building and these snips come in very handy snipping 10 awg and smaller wire, they actually work better than my wire snips, thats right from plastic to copper they are sturdy and tough. I was a little afraid to use them on wire when I ordered them but after reviewing and cutting wood, plastic, aluminum wire, smaller gauge copper wire I was amazed how good they work. The edge on the jaws are staying nice and sharp with no signs of bending, wear of chips. I think that if I lost this set I would buy be 2 more sets to have a backup, thats how good they are and how much I like them.Great quality at a really great price. When they say heavy duty, believe me for the size they are indeed.

The cutters open and close with great ease, indicating that the hinge is nicely constructed and not fastened too loose or too tight, ensuring the proper mating of the sharp edges. The price is appropriate at 20 dollars.I will be using these primarily for my 3D prints. The edge will get in nice and close, offering me a flush cut should I want it, or even helping with support removal. I am certain I will be using these for years to come.

These cutters are great. I have a small business of handmade items, and I cut thick plastic and various metals constantly. I have used these cutters on both materials, and they work really well, I specially like how precise they are, and how close I am able to get to the base. The plastic cuts very easily, and with the metal you have to put a lot more pressure, but with both materials the cuts are very smooth and close to the base. They are comfortable to use, and they appear to be durable.Overall, these cutters are perfect for my needs, they sre sharp and precise, they sre comfortable to hold and easy to use, I definitely recommend them.
