I was absolutely delighted with my Roger&Gallet Fleur de Figuier Soap. The packaging alone was a treat - elegant and eco-friendly, it exuded luxury even before I could unwrap the soap. But the real magic happened when I did. The soap is embossed with the brand's name, giving it that extra touch of class. The fragrance, a wonderfully floral but not overpowering fleur de figuier scent, is heavenly. You can tell that this isn't your average drugstore soap; it's a high-quality, artisanal product that promises—and delivers—upwards of 100 uses. The soap's formula is evidently created with great care, taking 80 hours to produce each bar with 97% natural ingredients, justifying its premium price point. One of the highlights for me was how well the soap lathered. The plant-based cleansing formula works wonders, and the parfum ingredient leaves a subtle yet lasting fragrance on the skin. It's not often that a soap can both cleanse deeply and leave your skin smelling fresh for hours, but Roger&Gallet have managed to achieve this balance perfectly. The scent is so captivating, it even serves as a sort of mini diffuser for my bathroom, filling the space with its lovely aroma. At £6.95, this soap is indeed a luxury purchase, but one that I find completely worth it. Considering the craftsmanship, longevity, and sheer delight of using it, I can't help but feel that it's money well spent. The soap has become an indispensable part of my daily routine, elevating an otherwise mundane task into a moment of pure indulgence. This 100g soap bar came nicely packaged in a cardboard box and wrapped in pleated tissue paper with a branded sticker keeping it in place. The soap has the branding embossed into the soap and is evidently a premium luxury product which is obvious from the powerful fragrance that you can smell even outside the Amazon packaging! The packaging is eco-friendly and each soap promises to deliver 100 uses although I would suggest you ensure the soap remains as dry as possible when not in use to ensure longevity. The soap takes 80 hours to create each bar using a plant-based cleansing formula, so I can understand that this artisanal soap has a premium price point especially as the soap uses 97% of its ingredients from natural origins. This fleur de figuier scented soap lathers well and is fragrant due to the inclusion of parfum which does lightly fragrance your skin for a good amount of time afterwards. This is one of my favourite scents in the range (I’ve tested a few other fragrances) which smells floral without smelling artificial. The scent itself really carries – it’s almost like a diffuser if you have a small bathroom! Made in France and priced at £6.95 at the time of reviewing, the soap is a bit of a luxury product but I do feel like it is worth the money when you consider the time that goes into production and the longevity and strength of the fragrance.

A few weeks ago I bought the 3-pack version of this soap and I immediately fell in love with it so I was excited to receive another one of this gorgeous-smelling soap. The wrapping of the bar is ruched paper and just looks fantastic. I also own the perfume in the same scent. The aroma of the soap is expensive and not at all cloying. You could put in your drawers to make your clothes smell nice before you use them. The soap foams well into a rich mousse, which washes off easily leaving the skin soft and smelling beautiful. I really like that the sop is not drying like some others I have tried. It is a joy showering using this product, my skin is left clean and feeling enriched. All in all, this is a luxurious soap and I definitely recommend it as well as all of the other soaps by Roger&Gallet.

This Fig Blossom soap has an exceptionally intricate and captivating scent that is bound to enrapture anyone who encounters it. Its aroma evokes the experience of tasting honeyed, juicy, and perfectly ripened fig pulp, enriched by subtle caraway undertones that lend a delicate spiciness, all harmonised with the refreshing essence of grapefruit. While it may not produce voluminous lather, its velvety smooth texture makes it a joy to use. It gently cleanses the skin, leaving behind a subtle and pleasing scent that lingers delicately. What I especially like is that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry. Instead, it imparts a comforting sensation of cleanliness while preserving the skin's natural moisture and suppleness. I shall certainly be replenishing my supply of this opulently fragrant and indulgent soap. It is safe to say, I'll be returning for more.

This is a good size scented soap bar the scent is okay and the bar should last a good while it lathers up well on a buff puff and is nice for washing your hands as it leaves them with a nice mild scent comes in lovely packaging nice product would recommend

When we received this soap I unwrapped it and left it on the side table ​before I had the opportunity to take it up to the bathroom. Shortly afterwards I had to ask my partner if he had sprayed the room with air freshener and if so which one had he used because the fragrance was absolutely beautiful, he assured me that he hadn't done anything and then I realised that the soap was the source of the beautiful smell. Since then I have placed the soap in the dressing room, the main bedroom and of course into the bathroom, never mind about its quality as a soap it is a wonderful room freshener! Actually, the soap itself is lovely, I used it in conjunction with a bath scrunchie and it worked by a rich lather and smelled wonderful. I would most definitely recommend this soap.

This is a really pretty single soap, perfect as a gift for someone who likes high-end toiletries. I know Roger & Gallet and their Fleur de Figuier range primarily from the perfume, so I knew in advance what to expect in terms of scent. The soap is heavily citrus, with a lot of what smells to me like mandarin and grapefruit. The fig is more of a mid-scent that you can only really appreciate when you are using the soap and the initial citrus burst fades. The soap comes elegantly packaged, with no plastics, a simple but pretty cardboard box and the soap itself is wrapped in paper. It looks very lovely on display in the bathroom, but would also work well in a drawer to add its elegant scent to your clothes without overpowering. Overall this is a lovely soap that I would certainly recommend if you like classy, signature scents in your bathroom!

I have not been able to buy this soap where I live ..can't even get them to order it for me ! so sheer heaven to finally get it . I have used this brand for about 30 years and just love it .heavenly smell and gentle soap .whole shower room just smells divine now ...it is like seeing an old friend . Very creamy and gentle ..just love it and sooooo pleased I googled it and got it here ..no waiting came very quickly .someone suggested it would make a nice present ..I was horrified , ! Far too good for that !!
