Got a mini pc as I don't actually transport a laptop anywhere any more and dont wajt to waste space on a full size tower setup. This thing is bloody brilliant quite frankly! Just finished fully updating windows (11 pro) to the latest version (23H2), and installing office pro 2024 etc, all works faultlessly. Hooked up to my telly or proper monitor it works great with the wireless keyboard and mouse. Boots up almost instantly. Have to admit I was sceptical but am genuinely impressed by it. For anyone curious 16GB RAM is perfectly fine to run Windows 11 as it only ever uses half that amount so go for the bigger storage drive instead is my advice as its the same price. Fan can be a little noisey under load but that's very infrequent, it's normally silent running. Turned up on time and well packaged. Can happily recommend it.

Great little machine. Didn't have any problems setting up aside from the usual Windows Update glitches taking a couple of attempts. I throw a variety of AV and Malware checks at it just in case and found it to be completely clean. Win11 Pro. licensed and fully working, no problems there. In use it's almost silent most of the time but the fan does kick in when transferring large amounts of data, or when gaming - fan noise is OK, I have it only a foot or so away and it's audible but not high-pitched nor problematic. I've not had any issues with power shared across the USB ports but I'm not running much off them. All ports tested and working fine. Although I didn't really purchase for that, I'm achieving fully playable gaming in things like Civ VI and Humankind, and Minecraft flies, all fully maxed out. One thing I would recommend is increasing the default RAM allocation to the GPU in the BIOS if you want to run games on it, which is easy, just google it. Very pleased so far, hopefully won't have any reliability issues.

This has been running 24/7 for over a year now. It's great, performance has been wonderful, its been easy to upgrade both storage and ram. The fan is a bit noisy and finding the setting to resume on power failure was hard to find but in general its really good.

Amazing product! So quiet and so fast

PC was really quick with its tasks but nothing can annoy you more than the fan constantly buzzing up & down, ever with light tasks. Unfortunately for me, my PC kept restarting all the time without no warning; just straight to black screen then rebooting. I have now returned the product.

Bought it after my previous purchase turned out to be faulty and successfully return. This one came in a very good quality with metal case and for the price I didnt expect such a good build from bee-link.The installation was easy initially until my windows 11 decided to update all the drivers and made thing bad with audio and video. I had to go to the AMD and download the drivers and install them myself and had to change the windows setting to stop automatically updating drivers. Since then it’s been great so far. This machine comes with a decent 90wh charger, which is plenty for extra hard drives and all needed peripherals. One thing to note is that the built-in intel ax200 wifi 6 was very weak and by talking to the post sale customer i was advised that it was because of the metal case. And the seller was very kind enough to offer me a wifi adapter which i bought and it has improved the signal significantly.Another thing to note, with the integrated graphic card this is not designed for heavy gaming but it is great for normal games. I tried with asphalt 9 and it was great.Overall, great piece of pc so far and great customer services from the seller, definitely recommended
