did the job
I bought this as a cheap and effective way to get rid of fruit flies in my house. I didn't want to spend loads on an electric device where I'm not convinced that UV attracts fruit flies anyway. I did the trick! After a couple of days the one in my kichen trapped about15 fruit flies, mainly on the yellow sticky pad. The plastic tomatoes are a bit tricky to put together when you've put the bait liquid in but that might be my own clumsiness.

Eventually, it worked
Wasn't sure if it could help catch flies at first. As i can still see flies walking on the stickers. But it did trap more than i thought

very sticky and effective
Although we used these to get some insects from a half used bag of compost we had used , as well as for fruit flies, they were very effective . We cleared our plant's pots within a week and the fruit flies have disappeared ( at the moment) anyway. Will be ordering some more.

Not sticky at all but the liquid trap works
Not a lot of the liquid so I’d get some apple cider vinegar for refills. The sticky traps don’t work at all, I watched the flies fly on and walk around.

Good but
though the same apples which get filled with the liquid help the yellow stickers are of no worth. I experienced myself how even after being trapped the flies just escape. I don't think it is worth the price. Additionally to the item I also used vinegars in glasses to get rid of fruit flies. That helped better. Wouldn't recommend.

Didn’t work
I was inundated with small flies this year, I hung these where they flied, but after months I have only caught 1 fly so didn’t work for me.

Very happy customer.
We've caught 20 flies in 24 hours so these traps are definitely doing their job. I would recommend. They are perfectly sized for sitting beside the fruit bowl and very easy to set up, especially after watching the video online.
