The hoses themselves are actually far better in terms of flexibility and sturdiness than the Philips OEM ones that came with my CPAP. The 15mm connections at each end are a touch small and required a combination of push and finesse to get them on the first time. Ultimately, this obviously means that they won't be coming off without the same effort (which is good when the CPAP is in use). They smelled pretty bad when coming out of the packaging, so I did several rounds of cleaning before using for the first time. However, one the smell was gone, I put one of these in use and it's distinctly better than the one it replaced.

I was not sure this tubing would work for me because I have a Philips Dreamstation 2 and the factory tubing locks in with a clip. This tubing does not have the mechanism to clip into the machine, but it slides on and stays on tightly for me. It also slid on to my headgear nicely and does not leak. In the summer time I don’t use the heating or humidifier functions on my cpap so this tubing is a great bargain for the warmer months. The heated tubing is wildly expensive, and even the regular tubing like this is can easily be more than the $15.99 price tag for just one at the medical supply company. This is a great price for two tubes and allows me to change out my tubing more often.

The length is the same as the original one with my CPAP mask, and it appears to perform it's function well. The only negative I have, and the reason for nocking it down one star, is that the connectors are a bit too snug and require a bit of work to get them in place. I understand that snugness it required to avoid air leaks, but this is just a bit too snug and difficult to put on and take off.

I got this to replace the slim fit tubing I use with my ResMed AirSense 10. Initially, the ends were so stiff they didn't fit at all. After some bending and stretching of the ends, they became slightly more flexible, and I was able to connect the tubing to the machine and my mask connector, although the fit is still too tight for the ends to seat fully (see photos to compare brand name to this replacement.) That said, the tubing connects well enough to work just fine, and otherwise it is very comparable to the brand name tubing at a fraction of the price.

Not much to say, they are just as described and do the trick well. No complaints at all.

My oem hoses were on the verge of not being useful any longer. I have tried another hose in the past but it was too stiff to work for me. This hose has just the right amount of pliability for my taste. It chucked right up to my dreamgear and my mask with no issues.

Not too much to say. This two pack of hose fits my Remed S9 perfectly. Construction feels about the same as a Resmed brand hose. Good price as well.Additionaly it's definitely better than another off-brand I previously got from Amazon. Thinner and a bit more flexible.

Standard hose like others. Same cuff and body. I didn't try with the O3 disinfecting device yet, but my guess it will be the same.I use these plain hoses with my Z2 travel CPAP.
