Taste like typical fish oil

I ordered this product after I had been taking the FitTabs for some time. It does seem to help them absorb better, as there was more evidence that I was taking in the B vitamins more easily.As for the product itself, they're the same large golden capsules as any other essential fatty acid supplement. These do not use actual fish oil, so there is no fish oil burp or bad taste. They go down smoothly. I have not had any problems with them rupturing and sticking in the bottle like some have described, and they are well before expiration date.

My nails are growing faster and looking healthier. My hair and skin looks shiny and healthier. This product works wonders for my eczema. I love it.
