This came a bit battered. So I had to hammer it a little to shape it so it would open smoothly. But once it was reshaped and ostensibly in original form, it’s an excellent value for the money. The top two drawers are huge and the file section is more than you’d expect for something so compact.

Had a situation with a loved one with progressive dementia that was getting into things they shouldn't, and this was just what was needed. The overall build and finish of the unit is very good and the size is just right for placement under a bathroom vanity. I noticed a number of complaints about not finding a Key with the product. I too had this issue and reported it to the manufacturer and had a response from them within an hour of my contact. The item comes double boxed and they informed me that the key would be found, taped to the outside of the inner box, which is just where I found it. Great response that resolved the only concern I had about the transaction.The unit has 3 drawers and the locking feature is perfect in that is is a little too complex for someone that has lost cognitive skill, but can be easily operated by care staff.Steel thickness of the cabinet is better than expected and should hold up well to minor bumps and dings.Overall this is a great purchase and one that I would make again or recommend to anyone looking to help those that care for our loved ones.

I can deal with it, but slightly annoyingMy first drawer inside had some scratches insideThe first drawer catches on the top and bottom causing it to be harder to openFront face is a fingerprint magnet

The unit looks good and drawers work well. Damaged in shipment. Both front wheels were bent and required work to straighten them out enough that the unit would stand straight and roll

Got for light office paper work and it was more compact then I realized. Great for it's value and easy to work the locking mechanism.

We ordered a few for our office. One was perfectly fine. The second one did not come with a key. I reached out to seller with no response. Thankfully our employee preferred the combination lock.The third (Photos attached) has some pretty visible signs that it was not put together properly. You CANNOT close the drawers and it takes a bit of force to open. I have reach out about the key, but have not heard anything in response. Think we will find new a different file cabinet the next few we need.

Perfect fit under my desk. I was a little apprehensive about the color but it's just perfect. There's a little dent on the top drawer but not enough for me to give it less than 5 stars. The drawers open and close smoothly and the lock mechanism locked smoothly. Everything is great.

Works great. 2 minor issues. 1) you have to make sure you have it pretty full otherwise when you try to open a drawer, the whole thing can roll. 2) it came scratched but was packed really well, so I have to assume it was done when it was made.
