Breathe Right Nasal Strips Natural Regular 30 x 2 Packs

I've been using these strips for a little over a year now. They stick to your nose and are still there in the morning unlike some of the cheaper ones.As per the title, I'm not 100% sure they do an awful lot of good but at least it shows to your other half that You're trying to let Her sleep.

I haven't found a better product than this. I do not understand reviewers whinging about them not sticking. All adhesives need clean grease-free surfaces, these are no exception. I have had to use them for years and I've never had one come unstuck yet, not on the first day anyway. Here's a tip: Before sticking it on, clean your nose thoroughly. I use a little soap and water and gently clean until, when rinsing off the soapy stuff, it squeaks. The same goes for your fingers, although it is possible to put the strip on without touching any sticky part of it. Unless you have extremely oily skin I guarantee it will last all night. After use, carefully pull the strip off and treat your nose to a little moisturiser to restore the area to its natural state. My nose hasn't suffered any harm doing this for 6 years.Now here's how to cut the cost. Before touching the strip after use, wash your hands. With only a minimum of handling pull it from your nose by the stiff bit on one side (NOT by the lobes) and carefully stick it down on a piece of glossy paper. Unfortunately I don't know what this paper is called. The piece that I use came with Boot's nasal strips stuck to them when I tried out their similar product recently. With trial and error you may find something suitable - perhaps try clean dry glass or tile. Anyway smooth it down to exclude air. Doing this I always get two nights out of one strip and often three, although on the third night the adhesive is clearly weakening and sometimes one corner has come adrift by morning.

I’ve been usingBreathrite for a few years ever since I had a number of frightening episodes of waking at night, breathless and gasping to breathe. I did some Googling and worked out that I must be breathing through my mouth and that the larynx sometimes cuts off the breathing. Breathrite keeps nose open so that I am able to breath through my nose. Wonderful product !

I don't understand anyone saying that these don't stick. As long as you clean and dry the area well they stick very well. I've been using these for four nights now and the improvement in my sleep quality is amazing. If you don't sleep well or you feel stuffed up please try these strips they really work.

Adhesion problems …… Honestly would be a great product if only they would stick ! Tried three last night gave up in the end

Whilst the Breathe Right Strips are very good, only one box received. Despite advising the supplier, they don’t appear to believe us or want to do anything about it. Will not order from the company again.
