This is what happened with the Sous Vide container I purchased last year. It works just as well today as it did the day I bought it. The EVERIE 12 Quart Sous Vide Container made a significant difference in my cooking experience! This container has quickly become my go-to choice for sous vide cooking, and for good reason.First and foremost, the collapsible hinge lid is a game-changer. It's incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily access my food during cooking without having to remove the entire lid. This not only saves time but also helps to retain heat and moisture, resulting in perfectly cooked meals every time. I also find it so valuable when I am cooking a piece of meat for 24hrs in the sous vide container as the lid helps me retain the cooking water the entire time with little to no need to refill the water as the hours of cooking tick on.The included rack is another standout feature of this kit. It keeps food pouches organized and submerged in the water bath, ensuring even cooking throughout. Plus, its compatibility with Anova and Instant Pot cookers makes it incredibly versatile and convenient for home chefs like myself.I also appreciate the insulation sleeve that comes with the container. Size,12qt, is a perfect size, fits in my kitchen sink, the sous vide fits in the cut out, the hinged lid is a great idea, no need to take the lid off until your done.

The product is great, it works well and the insulation blanket keeps the water at temp easier.The only downside is that if the bucket was 2" longer, you could store the Sous vide in it with the lid closed.

This sous vide container is perfect for cooking two servings. Get the rack that fits this and you’re all set for some really easy cooking. It uses a little more water than using your instant pot but the shape fits the sous vide packs much better than a round pot. I do recommend getting the neoprene insulating sleeve and the silicone lid rather than the plastic lid. Note that neither fit the Instant Pot sous vide circulator perfectly but the setup seems to work well enough to not any any major evaporation from the container.
