Excellent As Letchky
This is an excellent little noodle that I use in place of Slovak letchky noodles for our Christmas Eve mushroom soup.

Fabulous in soup
My Hungarian grandmother used noodles like these in her homemade soup. I may prefer them simply because I grew up with them, but they are eminently spoonable, which makes them a natural for soups.
