Is the output voltage range adjustable? I have a 24v lead acid battery bank and want to keep a 27.5v charge. Is this possible?

It is. You can actually set up both float and absorbtion voltage, as well as absorbtion duration . You can also run equalization manually or automatically.  You do it all using a cell phone app.

Question 2

I have 2 260w solar panels rated at 38.1voc. Im trying to set up a 12v battery bank that this will charge. Will the 150v/35A be too big for my system?

520 watts (panels) / 13.5 volts (charging voltage) = 38.5 amps. Since you will likely never see 100% efficiency from your panels, 35 amps on the controller is appropriate. If for some reason you got all 520 watts, no harm done, just a few amps unused for a few minutes at Noon on a perfect day. The voltage on the panel side is irrelevant as long as it is below the max rating on the controller.

Can i put 4 in series, w/ 48v battery? 4 panels x  37.44 v = 149.76 v 4 panels x 8.68 a = 34.68 a

Something to keep in mind is on a very cold day your voltage of the panels can go a few volts higher than normal, if that exceeds the 150 volt max of the controller you risk damaging it. You would definitely be better off with 2 in series and 2 in parallel. Just make sure your wiring can handle 20 amps vs 10 amps you would need to handle all 4 in series. Otherwise you'd need to step up to a charge controller with a higher voltage rating to prevent damage on a cold day. If you exceed the amperage it doesn't hurt anything, you just don't get the full output of the array, but if you exceed the voltage it will fry it.

I have a 370 watt solar panel. Will this charge controller be sufficient?
