Dose this wobble when doing handstand, dip or planche?

No Wobbling at all, the thick rubber feet cover can rotate to adjust the thickness to achieve stability. I use it almost every day in my home gym and it has never wobbled or tipped over.

What does "extended pedestal" mean?

I believe this refers to the supports that touch the floor.

Does it come as a pair?

They do come as a pair and are awesome. Many push-up stands will not let you go down far enough. But these are perfect for my use. And I thought the price was great as well. Good luck!

What is the height of the push up bars? Is it tall enough to do dips and L-sit?

I can do an L sit with them , but dips youd have to do with legs out/at a 90deg angle depending on how tall you are. Theyre about 1 foot tall.
