The media could not be loaded.  I used this product to help my neck and upper backache. So far I am loving this product! I use the bumps on it to apply pressure on where i needed the most.The heating pad also calms down and relaxes my muscles. Definitely sturdy, comfortable and effective, is so easy to store and put away. The heating works great I start off on low and then increase.Overall, great way to stretch and relax your shoulders and neck. Gives immediate relief and feels great after a long day on the computer. Good quality, works well for sore muscle and neck tension.

I have used a device similar to this before without the heating element and was intrigued to get one of my own. I feel like I need to almost give two separate reviews, one for the stretcher and one for the heating pad. This would be appropriate as they are not integrated at all. The heating pad is a separate, flimsy heating pad that is small enough to fit over the stretcher. As a heating pad it works ok, but the short cord and fact that it is not attached to the stretcher make it an afterthought. I would rather just get a reusable gel heating pack and put it over the stretcher.The stretcher, on the other hand, is amazing. I have been using this for about 10-15 minutes per day at the end of my work day for about a week and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the amount of pain and tightness in my neck and upper back. I have also been getting less stress headaches as well, which may be from the stretching alone or a combined effect of the stress reducing act of stretching. Regardless, I love this stretcher and would recommend it to anyone.

Hard plastic / foam like material - does help you stretch… thought it would be softer.

I see a chiropractor for my neck but if I spend a lot of time looking down I get a lot of discomfort. This device helps relieve some of that pain and discomfort. I have some foam cylinders from my chiropractor but I don't feel like they as good of a job or as quickly for stretching out my neck as this device. It is very firm which makes it slightly unconformable but I also thinks that the firmness makes it more effective. It comes with a small heating pad with three heat settings for added relaxation. The cord for the heating pad is fairly short so you will need to be near your plug in or have an extension cord. Overall, I've been happy with this device.

This product is really nice quality. I did not think it would be as firm as it is, but it works. The stretcher is really nice. I get pinches in my neck and shoulder blades and this has been a life saver. The heating part of it is ok, nothing great. Overall, Nice product. I will continue using this.

I liked the traction it provides, I don’t like the size of the heating element, too small. The timer doesn’t stay on for the length of any set time. Lastly the cord is barely 42” and the ad and the box clearly states 59” which would be a game changer. I have to lay right next to the wall to even plug it in.

The cord is so short I need to lie near an outlet or use an extension cord. Not ideal. The warmth is very nice.
