Very non-stick
This frying pan has a great non-stick surface. Food that might stick in other frying pans just slides around. You have to wash it tenderly to avoid harming the surface.

This is a cheap little pan so my expectations weren’t high but I usually have very good experiences with oxo products. It was nonstick without any oil for about a week and now things stick to it like no other. Also, the handle gets HOT if you use the pan for any extended amount of time. I would go with the $29.99 8 inch nonstick with the black handle it works way better.

I love OXO .products. However, the handle gets hot! Keep a potholder handy!

This little skillet lives up to it's reputation.
The great rating from America's Test Kitchen convinced me to purchase this skillet when we needed a new one. I am not disappointed. It's a nice weight, sturdy, and easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it.

I thought I would like this light weight pan but realize that the professional version would have been a better pan for me. I use it to cook a morning egg and find that it’s performance doesn’t compare to my old Caphalon pan

I have used it several times and so far, it has been good. I hand wash it.
