Happy to find a tung/carnauba/beeswax blend! Works well so far; I found it applied well using just gloved hands, and a little goes a long way. Unfortunately, mine seemed to have a small leak on arrival with solidified product sticking the lid to the pot, so I had to pry off the lid with some damage to the container. It's quite soft and acts more like an oil, so I'm planning on using it primarily as a first or second layer finish on my projects. Would absolutely love a thicker formula that uses more wax for really developing a protective wax layer.

Purchased March 2024, Tung Scent. Used on several kitchen knife handles and other wood kitchen items. Polishes to a hard finish which prevents water damage over time. Well packaged, arrived in excellent condition. Clear instructions make it easy to use. Scent is mild and goes away after product dries. Will purchase again.

I initially bought this to use on my mom’s front doors, which had become weathered and dull. And, it did not disappoint (see the before and after pics)! It brought out the original color, brightness and shine of the doors! This wax is amazingly versatile, you can use it on pretty much anything made of wood, and little goes a long way. I was disappointed to find the wax had dried to an unusable clump when I decided to use it on a homemade cedar bench. But, I had opened the wax ≈1.5 years ago when I discovered it had dried, so I can’t really complain, especially considering it’s now about half the price it was when I originally purchased it. I’d just recommend sealing it in an airtight bag (preferably a vacuum sealed bag) if you plan on storing it awhile. I was also happy to see some alternate scents available… Last time, I had the Tung Aroma, which was lovely, and I highly recommend. However, this time I’m going with the Cedar/Lemongrass because I’m using it on a cedar bench.

I am working on remodeling my kitchen. I sanded and stained the cabinets, and the stain smell was terrible for like a week. I didn't know what to use to protect and waterproof them because I didn't want to use toxic clear coat. I found "Z's wood nectar" and gave it a try. It seems to work well, it was easy enough to apply, no strong smell, and all natural, nontoxic! Happy with this product and would recommend to anyone looking for a nontoxic alternative for their homes and family.
