Great for hanging a flat screen from a ceiling. Terrible option if you need to raise and lower it repeatedly (unless it's a small screen). Installed it in the basement with only 2 lag bolts into the bottom of one joist for a 48" TV. Luckily I don't need to raise it up out of the way. It's possible, but because of the weight of the TV, it should only be done by a minimum of two people.

Good product. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It was easy to handle and assemble. My TV is securely mounted to the wall. I recommend it.

Great product and easy to install. All needed hardware was included. We mounted TV and it's perfect !

Basically garbage - it's very weak structurally - it doesn't rotate (so don't expect it to turn left or right) - also the VESA mount arms included don't line up correctly and actually cause the TV to be out of level - it's not great quality and overall it's a bad purchase - if I wan't able to use the extension arms on another mount to make it work - I would have returned it

Works perfect for what I needed it for , also discovered you can turn it left or right which is even better as it’s for the bar area in the garden
