One arrow, no targets. It's more decorative. I use it for fancy dress.

yes and the cardboard-which is really sturdy-doubles as a massive target to aim at. You don't have to shoot through the hole in the bow either, you can use it like any other. I think it's really well made and would totally recommend it!

Q: How long are the arrows please?

As i recall about 18inches its packed away now for next fancy dress.

Hi, well I bought it for my youngest Grandson, who's quite a big 4 year old & it was a good fit for him, so, I think it would probably be quite hard for you to get it across your body/shoulder, unless your quite a small adult yourself. Hope this has been of help.
