I really like this. I suffer from tight muscles & this really helps. I recommend not keeping it in place for more than a couple minutes. I left it in one spot too long & it pulled the skin away from my leg & left a blister.

No suction powerWaste of money

I love cupping! I was very excited to get this electronic cup. I use manual, vacuum cups normally. I was excited to try this one. I woke up this morning with a very tight low back from sleeping wrong. It did help, but since it’s only one cup, I had to keep moving it. For the price point, I would just stick with a set of manual cups and place them in multiple areas so I can get on with my day faster.***update*** the suction is very strong. Used it on a sore rotator cuff and it completely took the pain away.

I’d give it 4 stars but the red light burns of it gets too hot. Otherwise it works as expected.
