Great product! At first I had trouble putting in a Google account, but then I restarted the device and everything went fine. I put in a Google account!

This TV box has a pretty standard Android setup, so its really easy to get it going, which is good because its manual is pretty minimal. For me this TV box seems fast and works really well with Netflix, Amazon, Youtube, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, Freeview, .... The box itself has a plastic housing that's fairly easy to make disappear amongst other AV components and it seems to run reasonably cool. Despite the europlug shown in one of the product photos mine came with a decent PSU that has a UK plug.

When I first used this device in the summer of 2023 it performed well. From December 2023 onwards it has become horribly unreliable. The Plex app doesn't work any more. The Amazon Prime Video app doesn't function properly either. That app fails at the login screen, though a work around is to click 'learn more' then select 'Home' at the bottom of the screen. I doubt that fix will last for long and so that app will become unusable like the others. The problem is something to do with lack of updates. The device just doesn't get any support after you've purchased it. I'll be returning this to the manufacturer as it's only five months old. I wish I had stuck with my Roku device.

The unit works with various apps OK. Remote is very cheap and just functional. I would recommend using a wireless mouse instead.

I can’t believe this device make my life so easy. By having this device you can download anything from anywhere and the quality is unbelievable and very useful. Worth buying it and I’m very happy with it . It’s like using the android phone sample is that.

Pretty good, i got it so i can use apps not available with any of the branded tv boxes BUT i needed to do a factory reset because it was unusable out of the box, random wifi/bluetooth disconnections after long use (you need to restart it), bad quality remote (noisy buttons).

Looking to buy a camper van for traveling, I bought this as a cheap streaming device. Straight out of the box, plugged it in, signed into store, downloaded rest of my streaming apps (some were already installed). In no time was hooked up and ready to go. Great value, quality item. Might look to buy an extra remote control device with a keyboard and touchpad later.

I bought this as a present for my brother. I set it up for him and noticed straight away how slow it was to set up compared to other similar boxes I've had over the years. I liked the user interface though, and the remote is better then the bog standard one you usually get with these..
