It's not the most expensive, nor the strongest, but for our 26 inch TV in camper it works perfect

Cheap and does the job, with a catch.
Does it hold a monitor? Yes... But not securely. This is the equivalent of hanging a picture. It's hard to level the monitor. I had to shim one side of the bracket with a piece of tape to level it.As you can see in the photo, it's crooked (my phone showed my picture was at a perfect 0 degrees tilt) My bracket was perfectly level but the little slits cut out in the sheet metal must not be even.Did what I needed it to do, but your application may vary.
