Good set for emergencies with pets and small children who tend to get weird thinw gs, in weird places (primarily nose, ears). You need to be CAREFUL and Use a GOOD LIGHT (Never ever put anything into an ear or the nose without being able see what you are doing and EXACTLY where you are going, because you can puncture the ear drum or do serious nasal damage) but it might save you a trip to and hours sitting in the ER waiting room, for removal of small items.

The three currets are basically a stainless wite loop. Not sharp at all, they are very sturdy. The tweezers and alligator forceps are good I did tune them up with a file as they weren't as perfect as I wanted/needed. All in all very good tools.

This set appears to be excellent quality. The alligator clip closes and each half mates perfectly. Good purchase. You might check for any rough or sharp edges that might need smoothing as other people have mentioned in reviews, but mine were all fine.
