As with all of these Cliptech pouches this one is MAHOOOOOSIVE!!! They are all very, very tough, to the point that the manufacturer will give you a 25 year guarantee if you register with them, very durable materials and solidly built while still being surprisingly light weight. This does mean they can be a little stiff and unwieldy but even tough site use is unlikely to trouble them much. The clip system is very good, again, very solid and bigger than you think, while at the same time very easy to clip on and off, quick changes on the fly are no problem and you get the choice of carrying as many or as few tools as you need.Putting the hammer in a sleeve rather than through the traditional ring is genius as it naturally stops the hammer from flapping about and tapping against your leg as you walk, making it feel more secure in the process. The angle does point it away from you and make it easier to draw but only if you are right handed, lefties might struggle with it, personally I have it almost in the small of my back, out of the way.The only real drawback with this is its size, there is a second sleeve on it you could slot another tool into but it is really overkill for the job it has to do.

Does the job and keeps the hammer out of the way but a bit bulky

Surprising
it’s surprisingly tougher than it looks. I’ve been using it for a few months now putting it through hell. I work as a roof so it gets snagged between the trusses And twisted but it still hasnt not given up or broken yet. The convenience of being able to take it off quickly to fit in tight spots comes in very handy.
