Q: Does this coffee machine make watery iced coffee?

Dear customer, the iced coffee brewed by our coffee machine is non-watery, this iced coffee maker will lower the temperature of coffee to reduce the melt of ice when you choose OVER ICE mode, and it brews strongest coffee with this mode, so when the ice melts, it's just the right concentration. And when you make iced coffee, please pay attention to the radio of ice, watery and ground, you can find this on top of coffee maker. Only follow the correct radio, the iced coffee tastes great. Q: what is the temperature of coffee

Dear customer, if you choose regular and strong modes to brew your coffee, the coffee brewed by single serve coffee maker is about 170°F. Please see the video which shows the coffee temperature while brewing hot coffee with regular mode. If you choose the over ice mode, the temperature of coffee is lower to reduce the melt of ice cubes for better taste.

Q: Why i can't select 24oz when select "regular" button?

Dear customer, when you want to brew 24oz coffee, please choose the "STRONG" button, and add ground coffee to the max amount for making great tasty coffee. When you select " REGULAR" button, maybe the coffee comes out weak for you, so to prevent this from happening, we have set the system that you are not able to select "24oz" when select "REGULAR" mode.
