If you get migraines you want this.
It’s not going to magically make your migraine go away but it sure does provide relief. My son and I normally use a hand held ice pack but it’s often too cold or or just helps a certain part. This thing is just the right amount of cold and covers your whole head at the same time. It feels so good!

It works!
I had an awful headache and grabbed this. It felt so nice against my temples and back of head. It helped relieve most of my stress headache.The icy feeling is so relaxing and later I popped it in the microwave for the heating mode and between the two modes my headache was gone. My muscles were relaxed and I got a full nights rest! Very worth it!

Great for bad headaches
I get horrible sinus headaches and migraines. I keep these waiting in the freezer for those days. It’s so helpful to provide relief when I need it. It comes in a zipper bag so it stays clean even if there are accidents in the freezer.

So comfortable to wear
This cap is amazing. I get headaches all of the time and this took so much if the pressure away. It’s so comfortable to wear so when I’m laying down it does not bother me at all.

I love this
I've had two brain surgeries and get terrible headaches that medications don't touch. Having this in the freezer, ready to go when I get a relentless headache is such a relief. The material is soft and stretchy and it comes with a plastic bag to store it in while in the freezer so that it doesn't absorb odors. 10/10

Weirdly more comfortable than thought it would be
yeah its fine, starts off cool but heats up like anything, but it works for blocking light which is all its sposed to do, stays on better than a sleep mask

This is wonderful! Works well. I am a little disappointed it doesn’t stay cold as long as I expected it too.

Works well
This works well for most of my headaches. It doesn't get rid of them, but it helps when I am able to put us on and do nothing for a while. My only issue is that is messes with my hair. Can't leave my hair in a tie as it pushes it into my head, if I put my hair down it somehow causes it to get really bad knots. I do have curly and fine hair so may not be an issue for everyone.
