I love this serum! I have sensitive skin so I have to be careful with the products I use and this serum did not aggravate my face. I start my after shower routine with a pump of this and it covers my entire fave and neck. The serum is clear and doesn’t leave an oily residue, just a softness you can feel. This serum does have a fragrance, but it’s very light and welcoming, it reminds me of a woman’s perfume - I think like a dried version of Coco Chanel. I use different products and this is one of my favorites. It definitely lives up to the price point and I highly recommend!

I was definitely intrigued by this product, as I had never heard of cotton stem cells having an effect against photoaging. After a little internet search, I did come across a small study of 16 people who were rated 1-3 on the Fitzpatrick skin type scale. The results were impressive, but a very, very small test group. There are multiple biotech firms indicating that Arabian cotton stem cells are effective against photoaging, so it is worth a little more investigation. Effective percentages ranged from .5%-2%, so it would be nice if the manufacturer of this indicated a percentage on the bottle. I feel like calling this an oil is a bit of a misnomer….the texture and feel can all be attributed to silicones and dimethicones rather than true oils. I found it odd that a comprehensive list of ingredients had not been posted in the description, so I took a picture of the side of the bottle. The ingredients do include cannabis sativa oil, as well as hyaluronic acid and a bunch of unpronounceable chemicals and parfum. When you first apply it, your face will shine like an oil slick, but it will be absorbed after a few minutes. The scent is gorgeous and quickly evaporates, but use with caution if you are sensitive to scents. I’m not sure this really provides any moisture, as it is more of an occlusive barrier. I applied this to dry hands, and after the oil absorbed, my hands still look as dry and crepey as ever. I feel like the better application is to apply other serums and moisturizers, and then use this to seal it all in? Also, the packaging screams cheap and could definitely be improved. The label is a sticker that was placed on my bottle crookedly and with air bubbles. While this isn’t a super expensive bottle, for what they are charging, I do expect nicer packaging. Given all the gold involved in the packaging and bottle, I was surprised the oil itself wasn’t an amber color (it is clear).

It's very moisturizing and I especially like using it on my dry patches of skin, which I have all around my eyes and around my lips. Dealing with those dry areas has been a struggle. But since I've started using this, I haven't had any dry flaky skin in those areas. So I'm pretty impressed and grateful for this little bottle.Feel - This feels so good -- amazingly good -- on my skin. Just putting it on my fingertips and then putting it on my face. I was really surprised since I've never tried a facial oil before and didn't realize it would be like that. I've used my share of other moisturizers and serums, but this feeling is new. It's smooth and lightweight and goes on so easily.No breakouts - The term "facial oil" made me a little weary, and I was worried about breakouts, which I'm prone to. But I've been using this for several days now with no issues.The bottle is very light, it feels like there's very little in it. It's a light serum, and I don't use a lot, so I'm curious to see how long it will last.$40 is a heavy asking price for such a small bottle, but I love it so much that I'm seriously considering making it a permanent part of my skin care routine. I definitely will if it lasts a decent amount of time, so we'll see.If the price doesn't hurt you, then I definitely fully recommend it.

This serum leaves the skin a bit sticky and also a little...I'm not sure how to describe it...with a little friction feeling when touched? It makes me think of running one's hands over a flat piece of cotton which idea is probably in my head because this has cotton stem cells. It seems moisturizing, and does seem to offer some sun protection as my skin hasn't shown signs of being in the sun despite me going out in it, and I think one day I had quite a bit of direct sunlight on my face.My absolute favorite thing about this serum is the smell. It smells BEAUTIFUL, I really like it. I was going to put perfume on the too the first day I wore it but decided against the perfume once I smelled this. It's like a perfume and moisturizer (and maybe sunblock) in one. It's sort of a, I guess a floraly scent but very, very pleasant, unlike some perfumes I've tried.

I bought the same serum in Nov 2023 sold by Vitasei (through Amazon) and the product is completely different, the texture is greasy, it is sticky all day on your face, and it smells completely different. Was the recipe changed that drastic? I love the previous’ Vitasei Serum I bought (last one in Nov 2023) but this one purchased in Jan 2024 is TERRIBLE!!!
