The volume keys are hard to operate. Any tips?

I have found that the volume keys protrude well on the case I have and I have no problem operating them (the up/down volume buttons) there is a definite ‘click’ in the operation. You might want to check how the case has come together during assembly just in case the rubber moulding hasn’t sat quite right on the buttons. Good luck, hope you sort it.
