This is the one to buy
Great instant feedback for release point- This yellow one is the only one to buy. The white version is SMALLER and made for very young children. Middle & High Schoolers.. buy the yellow. Easy to use, your pitcher can do it herself. The DVD that comes with it: it only works on a PC

Velcro Too short
Too short and did not fit my 10 year old leg. I had to buy an addition Velcro . Other than that It worked great .

Unravels After 1 Use
This definitely helps with pitching lessons with beginner pitchers and young pitchers. I gave it 3 stars because like other reviews said, it starts to fray and unravel after using it one time. Hopefully it doesn't unravel anymore than it's already started to.

Helpful for release point
The sound it makes when she is doing arm circles during drills (xcelerator) helps her to remember when her release point is.

Self practice
My 10 ur old uses this when she doesn’t have her coach to help. It lets her know where to release. Definitely has help for her to practice on her own

Seems good enough
Good concept and I'm sure it will help. Really though just a Velcro strap with a piece of 3" fabric attached that your kid is supposed to hit with their handas they folloe through on their pitch

Excellent training aid for beginners
Very good for reminding beginners where their proper release point is. My only issue is that the strap isn’t very big. My daughter has decent sized thighs and I had to add an extra velcro strip because it was a little tight. She has used it about 10 times and we haven’t had any durability issues yet.
