This is honestly the only protein I find myself gravitating towards. I have a lot of digestive issues and this protein doesn’t give me the discomfort other wheys tend to. The taste is fantastic, not chalky whatsoever and I use it to cook/bake/as shakes, etc. It’s also easy to mix for the most part.
