Could be better
They are really cheap, some of them were cracked when I got them. They don't really glow to well. I live in Florida, charging them isn't an issue.

Didn't last to be glow in the "dark"
Put caps on me car. Had it parked in the sun for hours. I'm in Az so that all we have right now. But the caps didn't last long enough to glow in the dark.
