I have raised a return in just 7 hours after finding phone is not in working condition and handed over to receiver yesterday now today retailer denied to accept return.

Caravan M22 hindi mobile
Yesterday I unbox and it is not working. Contacted Carava customer care, he suggested to take it to service center which is quite far ,we ( me and my wife) both are 70+. I don't know what to do.
