soft Foam Neck Brace for Neck Pain and Support for Men&Women/2022 Updated Version Skin-Friendly and Breathable Cervical Collar (Medium)

I have a 17" neck so I got the medium based on the specifications on the webpage. It was choking me just to get the Velcro attached to the other side. If you have a 17" neck or greater buy the LARGE.Otherwise this is a very nice neck brace. Very comfortable! I could have slept with this so I set up a return for the medium and immediate bought the LARGE. I love the cooling holes.

This cooling neck brace isn’t for me, and I have pretty bad neck pain most mornings. It is basically what the company claims it is though. It feels fairly soft when you hold it (the fabric is also soft), however when I try and wear it, it feels too stiff for my neck. The size was actually perfect after I used the measuring instructions the company gives on the Amazon page and even allowed me to wear it as tight or loose as I wanted. It feels cool when you first put it on, but that coolness goes away quickly. There were no instructions in the box it arrives in, but personally I felt that wasn’t a big deal since it is such a simple neck brace. However, for anyone needing instructions, there are visual ones on the Amazon page.I personally didn’t like wearing the neck brace, but it could be different for others. It is what the company describes it to be except for the fact that its cooling effect didn’t last long for me.

I've got a pretty small head, so I ordered the medium, and when I first put it on I thought it was going to be too big for me. When put it on as instructed, with the velcro-wrap part in the back, the front was really too high for me. Of course, I have a military neck and my chin tends to bend forward all the time as a result, but I found it uncomfortable. But sitting in my recliner, working on my computer, testing it out, I flipped it around with the tall "front" part in the back, and it's actually quite supportive and comfortable for me that way. I wouldn't describe it as "cool," though. It actually feels to me like a heating pad set on the lowest setting. But this is good for me! It feels good to have that bit of warmth. The brace itself is firm but soft, and I like that I'll be able to remove the cover and wash it as needed.

A bit different from the pic as the entire brace is a solid light gray without the darker gray tiny circles… Which I was pleased about. Would recommend.

This brace arrived with the velcro already having fuzzies in it. Yikes! Definitely returning this!

Good stuff for long-time working/studying at the desk.Support my head, and release my neck from holding my head in one position, which will cause illness.

I've been looking for an alternative to travel neck pillows while I await referrals for probable craniocervical instability. My neck pain, stiffness, and ability to hold my head up has dwindled significantly. I've tried a more structured brace and it was very uncomfortable and impractical, so this one looked like a good, soft middle ground. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me.The brace comes in a box with very basic info, but no real instruction guide or safe usage tips, and no visual of the brace properly positioned for reference.I've tried a few levels of tightness, but it just doesn't feel supportive or comfortable. The material isn't rigid, but it also doesn't feel cooling or stabilizing as advertised.No matter the level of tightness or looseness I've tried, the brace feels uncomfortable against my throat. I also wish there wasn't Velcro material in an area that makes skin contact.If you are looking for light support, this could be a good option. If you deal with chronic illnesses/pain, as well as sensory sensitivities, it may not be a good fit.

The product was received very quickly.I felt very good after a few days of use.It is light.comfortable.breathable and can relieve neck fatigue.
