Earthy and wholesome blend to add to raw milk
I love this spice blend for milk, surprisingly it goes really well with hot and cold milk. It's refreshing and relaxing. Milk is a very hydrating drink to begin with, and this blend seems to make it even moreso, although it almost feels like drinking a mild sweet soup.I usually put one or two teaspoons in a cup of cold or warm milk, it dissolves well into warm milk, but cold milk takes a bit of effort.Sometimes I sweeten with honey or maple syrup, and this makes it a savoury and sweet drink.I'm going to try to replicate it with my own ingredients, because it tastes so good. The packaging is great and the jar is glass, so it stays super fresh for a long time.

Warming on the stomach
The media could not be loaded. It is nice to have ready made Nature Basics® Organic Golden Milk Spice Blend powder, to mix with warm milk whenever needed. It was very warming on my stomach and tasted delicious. I mixed it with home made hemp and coconut milk that I warmed up on the stove.I wasn't so keen on the packaging not being in English.

Makes lovely Golden Milk with an extra 'bite'
This company is fast becoming one of my faves, they have some superb offerings, and this is one of them!Golden Milk is yummy and healthy but I find that I can never get the turmeric stain out of my pan without a lot of effort. Really happy to see this powder as I can get the benefits of the Milk without having the hassle of making it.Came in a glass bottle, instructions are in English only on the box (and then you have to search for it as it isn't prominent). The bottle itself has only German so if you can't remember the instructions (unlikely as it's fairly straight forward) keep the box so you can refer back to it.Warm 250ml of milk, and add 1 or 2 teaspoons of this to it, and stir madly. You'll possibly need to keep stirring periodically depending how long you take to drink it as it will tend to settle at the bottom. Tastes lovely and just like the real thing with a bit of extra 'zing' thanks to the extra ingredients.Doing it in warm milk is the best way to take it - great before bedtime - but you can also add it into smoothies if you prefer and don't mind your smoothie having it's taste altered.Really happy to try this and will definitely be buying more of it in the future.

Not to my taste
While I generally enjoy a spicy latte style drink this one wasn't to my taste. A bizarre mix of savoury (curry!) and sweet and I'm unlikely to drink more. It may be less sweet made with cows milk, but I used oat milk which is a little sweeter anyway I find. My Dad I think will enjoy it, so it's not to say that it's not nice just that I'm not keen...When I got to the bottom there was a fair amount of power there - I had stirred it a lot as recommended, but it felt like a lot had sunk as opposed to not dissolving. The packaging feels premium and instructions for use were clear on the box (and in German on the jar, but still easy enough to get the jist)

Organic Golden Milk Spice Blend 180g
I have had several of these types of golden milk and this one is by far the best. I like the addition of the cinnamon, it gives the Golden milk a lovely warm spice taste. This product also contains, turmeric, ginger, lucuma, ashwagandha and black pepper. The turmeric root belongs to the ginger family and has been used in traditional Indian healing medicines for thousands of years. Curcumin is the main active ingredient of the turmeric root, and has been spoke about in the media, as the new wonder spice. I just like the taste, its kind of reminiscent of Christmas. This organic spice powder has been made without the use of chemicals or artificial ingredients and therefore completely natural, suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike. This lovely golden milk, smells fantastic, looks good and does your body and mind good, so therefore it's 5* from me folks.

natural and easy to make
It's a mix I often make at home. When I found its natural and ready-made form, I wanted to buy it immediately. It really tasted the same as when I made it at home. I know it is very helpful. And I'm trying to get my daughter to drink. The only minus is that it takes time to integrate with the milk and it is difficult to drink the last of the milk.

Golden milk
Doesn’t taste very pleasant. There is a strong taste of the turmeric. And it does not seem to dissolve away. Almost grainy. I will try again adjusting the amount

Delicious healthy blend!
A delicious blend of very effective and healthy ingredients that taste good and for me has shown significant health benefits. 1-2 teaspoons (roughly 64 to 32 doses) with milk or in your protein shake works perfectly (delicious having that cinnamon taste with chocolate protein powder). Sturdy dark glass with a robust screw on lid and good instructions in various languages. This product goes into my 'always have in my inventory' list. Solid 5 stars.
