Clumpy because there are no additives
This product is delicious and it is clumply because it’s pure coconut and nothing else. Yes, at times I find the seal comes off right when I take off the lid, however, that does not mean it’s necessarily compromised. It would be nice if they did fix the seal with a better adhesive overall an excellent product

My first order was great but the second was spoiled
First item I received was really powdery, not clumpy like other brands. Just coconut milk, no maltodextrin or other additives to bulk it up. The second order I got a couple of days ago, the seal was open and the coconut powdered milk was spoiled. I requested a new one but they don't do returns or do exchanges. Thankfully, Amazon will do a full refund. I will order another one because it is a really good product but just make sure you check the milk first before consuming it.

New sealing technique ruined the product
The media could not be loaded. I would’ve given this a full five stars until this most recent order. You can see in the photo on the right that there are burn marks on the lid, and that is where they put the lid on top of a very hot heat-sealed foil layer. Theoretically, this is a good idea, because, we clearly know that it is properly sealed, but it has contaminated the entire product with a disgusting plastic flavor, and smell, which was never there before on the previous sealing methods. You can see in the left side of the photo, the old method that they used, which was just a foil inside of the lid that pressure fit onto the top of the container. Probably not the best airtight seal, but the product actually tasted like coconut instead of plastic. There’s only one other seller that makes coconut milk powder with no other ingredients, and they are based in the exact same town as this company, so I assume they’re actually from the same manufacturer. If you want this same product without the disgusting plastic toxicity, by from Jovilly.if you look at the third photo at the rim, you can see how deformed it is. That’s how much heat they used. So much, that it legit melted the plastic container. Whoever is sealing these things, does not know what they’re doing, and they need to hire a new QC officer. guess where all those burnt plastic fumes are going? Directly into the coconut powder....

Seems true to labeling
I am convinced this product is irganic and true to labeling, but the flavor is a little odd compared to higher priced irganic coconut milk powder I have purchased. I have severe food allergies, severe hypersensitivities to any processed or artificial ingredients or preservatives, so far no reactions to this, but sometimes my symptoms dont trigger until after I have used a product for at least a month.I will buy this product again because the taste is not bad in my cup of hot chickory coffee substitute mixed with dandelion root and carob powder. I don't miss coffee anymore.

Best tasting we've ever tried!
We have tried so many coconut milk powders and they never seem creamy enough. This one is by FAR the best we have had!

Coconut Milk
Never before used anything like this so I had to do a websearch on how to use powdered coconut milk. I love coconut and in my search I found this could be used for smoothies, milkshakes, or general thickener. I first tried it with my coffee. It is a bit hard to stir up but would probably work perfectly in a blender. I didn't find the flavor to be overly sweet-it gave my coffee just a hint of flavor. It has a very pleasant taste, but it is a little gritty and will clump up slightly, so you need to be persistent and stir it well.
