This is common mill stock. It is exactly as advertised and works well for my purpose. I am using this to make parts for an old black powder pistol. I make small parts and then case harden. Excellent product and shipped in a quality cardboard tube.

I just got a stainless steel refrigerator for the first time and was disappointed I couldn't display my magnets on my fridge any more! I searched for other ways to display them, including products specifically meant to display magnets, but they were all either too expensive or didn't seem like they would really last a long time. I took a chance and ordered this thing - I coated it with spray paint and mounted to my wall with command picture hangers - turns out it was a cheap, easy solution and I always get compliments on it. I know that is likely not the intended use of this product, but it was perfect for what I needed and ended up looking pretty great!

I bought this as a door weight for the bottom of my dog door, but it was too heavy so I gave it to my mechanic friend. He was delighted to get it. It's a handy piece of steel to have around, but I don't have a torch or a welder.

Ordered two 1/8”x 1”x72” pieces, well packed, steel was straight and Priced right. Home Depot was over priced for less steel , two Pieces at 48” long was going to be almost $30.

I ordered this last night and got it before lunch today. Very surprised. The product was solidly packed, and exactly what I ordered. Would happily recommend this vendor, thanks.

Good quality for knife making

Purchased 1/8 x 1-1/4" flat stock expecting a hot rolled finish with the typical rounded edges. What I received appears to have been sheared from sheet so it has a square cut edge and a burr from the shearing operation. I've purchased other flats from Amazon that were in fact a true mill finish so maybe it's just this size that is sheared material. I need it to complete my project otherwise I would return.
