love the handles! Not difficult to install and has good water flow.I'm so impressed by the quality and price. It has a great weight to it. All metal construction. Thank you.Complete bath remodel took a while so, just today, I had the opportunity to have my plumber installer this faucet. Unfortunately, he was not able to install it as inside mechanics were broken. Too late to return so I'm stuck with a junk faucet.

I really like the looks of the faucet. However I need information on how to adjust the flow. The water sometimes comes out in a broken up flow rather than it being consistent horrizontally where the water comes out from the faucet. There is a plastic or rubber like strip on the underneath side of the faucet where the water flows out, but it is a little bit mashed together in a couple of places. I can run my fingernails through it which somewhat opens it up for a consistent beginning flow, but it then turns into a very narrow pointed flow which makes it hit the sink with much harder pressure causing the water to splatter everywhere. I turned the valves underneath the sink as low as I could, which helps but does not correct the problem ; and aside from the pressure issue it pretty much destroys the esthetics of the flow. Is there any way this can be corrected? I will have to remove it if there is no fix. Please HELP! If there is a fix for this, I would give it a five star rating. If there is none, then I would have to give it a 1 star rating. Just because it's pretty, doesn't nearly make up for the functionality. I hope there is a fix. I tried to send a message direct to the company, but without attaching a file first, I could not get it to let me ask the questions. I hope they will see this message here and be able to help. If anyone else has experienced this, I would appreciate your help as well. Thanks

Very easy to install . Quality very good . Alot less part then delta faucets . I had a delta faucet lasted me 2 years piece of junk

The media could not be loaded.  Love, love, love the look of this faucet. Had it installed by a plumber. The next day I opened up the Cabinet and found water under the sink! Returned the faucet to Amazon as defective and reordered the same faucet. Much to my dismay, the second faucet leaked as well. Extremely frustrated with this company. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a faucet I loved as much on Amazon so I ended up ordering a faucet from Home Depot. Sad

I bought this for my guest bathroom. It has a more masculine vibe so the basic black looks great. It has a very modern look than my old faucet. It was super easy to install and all I needed was some basic tools to complete it.

This faucet is gorgeous. It arrived packed tight and secure. No scratches or blemishes. Heavy duty with all necessary attachments.
