Bought this for my son for Christmas. He really enjoys the variety of exercises and the quality. There is even a counter and the hand strengthener!

Nice product, great customer service
Great to integrate into your grip strength training. Did have one issue with a finger loop failure on the grip expansion item and customer service was great. Sent me a new upgraded unit without fuss.

Only used 1 of the parts
The main spring-based grip strength trainer that it comes with works well and the adjustable function is nice. All of the other things in the box weren't very useful and I'd only recommend this for the main part.

Was better than expected
This was great, I injured my hand and needed physical therapy. The size is a one size fits all and straps are adjustable so you get a variety of exercises from one equipment so that saves you money. The quality looks cheap but it’s well made.

I got the set on July 30th and after about a week the finger extension strengthener broke. All the other items are good and worth buying. Overall a good bundle for working on forearm and grip strength.
