Easy to set up, great warranty, love the options to change watch face, great features!

I really like mypurchase very close or better than my Samsung galaxy 5.The battery life is 5star by it self, and last way longer than my" Sam 5" that have to charge up everyday, and I only charge this baby every 5 -6 days. Which is great. Very light weight and beautiful on my wrist. However it has so many apps and setting I don't have time to try them.Also bought at a great price.

Constantly the watch resets itself.I have to fix all of the information for the picture, the time, when the placement it, Fahrenheit or Celsius, and also 24 hours or 12. This has happened almost 7 times since I've had the watch and it's only been about a monthIt also tracks steps solely based on arm swings, so for me - a waitress, I always have my arms up holding plates and such - it tells me I've only had like 5 steps everyday and that's one of the main features I was excited aboutThe charger is also annoying, the non plug in is nice, but it doesn't magnetize well enough, if it shifts even the tiniest bit, I will not chargeJust a heads up as well, since I did not realize. You cannot text or send messages from the watch, it only callsAlthough the battery life and how fast it charges are both really good

What I liked: This watch more then met expectations. Particularly the large, easy to see display, in addition to all the features it has.What went wrong: I had the watch approximately 40 days when it quit working and would not charge. I spent over 2 hours (NO exaggeration) with someone from the company on the phone trying to "fix" the problem. When it could not be fixed, I went through a great deal of aggravation, as the tech had me attach files with photos of the original order and delivery. Then I had to take a video of me holding and releasing the reset button. I jumped through many hoops when she did things like stating "ok I have received a copy of the order, please send me the order number". WHAT, the order number was on the copy of the order she just said she received. It was as if she was trying to get me to a point of saying never mind, and forget the whole thing. When I persisted, and, as I stated, after over two hours, she suddenly responds with "ok I have received the video you sent and will refund your purchase or send another watch" Originally, all I wanted was a replacement, but after going through this, I chose the refund so I wouldn't have to deal with this if the new watch also quit!!

I really like this watch. Big, good looking, app is ok. Terrible selection of watch faces, at least for adults. I’ve tried everything I can think of all day and it won’t show weather! I could live without the weather but the few watch faces I really like show the temperature and it’s blank and ruins the look of the face. If I can’t get it to work it’s going back unfortunately.
