I purchased this specifically for elbow padding. I'm a 66 year old female who does planks as part of my exercise routine. My old elbows can't handle the hard floor, even the carpet. My old pad is thinner, harder, and the handle is on one end. The handle hole is exactly where my elbow rests, which isn't comfortable. This pad is very thick, soft, and flexible. The handle is in the center, which allows good padding for both elbows. Makes doing planks more comfortable, if that's possible. LOL!! I thought it was a bit expensive for a piece of foam padding, but it's perfect for my needs, and will likely be the last one I'll need to buy. I'd like to add that it has a smooth side, and a textured side. I prefer to use the textured side up as it prevents my elbows from sliding.

Was tired of sitting on hot or cold metal bleachers for hours watching games and didn’t want to lug a stadium or folding chair to it. These did the trick. Nice and light, extra cushy, perfect bleacher width and they took up minimal room in the SUV. My rump thanks me every time I go to a game.

Very comfortable to kneel on. They are thick and nicely cushioned. I am 200 lbs and they cushion my knees perfectly. The foam cut out piece for the carry handle is included which is a nice touch.

I love this knee pad. I use it daily at my landscaping job and it's very durable and comfortable for my knees. Lightweight and easy to transport. Only issue I really have with this knee pad is the price.

We wanted a soft but thick and useful knee pad. We keep one inside and one outside, so glad it was a 2 pack. The grab handle is useful, the pad is very cushioned and a nice protection. Great choice and fair price.

With some arthritis in both knees i was very pleased with this purchase! Good when planting in the garden, Bathing my grandchild, or scrubbing toilets and floors. The pads have a non slip side so it feels very secure to use. Nice thickness which i was looking for. My husband uses one when doing maintenance work on our cars. A very good purchase!
